Heathrow Airport ID Centre

Heathrow Airport has certain information centres in regard to ID passes. Any loss of pass or pass issuing information can be taken through these centres.  Please read about the timings and prior appointments in case you cross the time limits. Temporary passes are strictly to be provided during the mentioned time.

Temporary Pass Issuing Centres

While you wish to get into Heathrow for any of your work, you can get your temporary passes from any of the following locations mentioned below:-

Terminal 3: You can contact Manpower Office which is opened from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 12:30 and further in noon from 14:30 to 16:00. This timing is not applicable during weekends or any public holiday. You may also contact via Telephone- 020 8745 0950.

Terminal 4: Here you can contact Control Centre which is opened from Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 18:00. Passes can also be issued other than these hours but applicant should call to confirm prior to attending. Applicant can call on the following number: - 0208 745 4545.

Terminal 5: Here you may find a Temporary Pass Office which is open from Monday to Friday 08:00 to16:00. It is closed from12:00 to 13:00.  If you wish to visit after the mentioned time you may seek an appointment. Appointments will be required after 15:00. The telephone number is 020 8757 2039.

Cargo Examination Unit: This place is opened 24 hours every day. The priority is given to the operational duties so issuing of temporary ID may take a little longer than as usual. The contact number is Tel: 020 8745 4147.

Star Centre: This place is opened from Monday – Friday, 08:00 to 16:00, including bank holidays. Applicant can call 020 8745 6404 in advance to confirm the availability for issuing of passes.
