Lost Or Stolen Passes

Heathrow provides great privilege to all the card holders to enter Heathrow anytime of the day with the help of these ID passes. These cards entitle people the permission to enter Heathrow for their work. Importance of this pass can be measured or calculated when this pass is either lost or stolen. However, losing an ID pass is very serious matter which should be reported to BAA as soon as possible.

There are different steps which are to be considered when these cards are either lost or stolen. You may contact the manager in your organization or to the ID centre at Heathrow where the pass was issued.

It is necessary to inform the local police & BAA authorities for the loss of card. They will instantly cancel the access rights of the pass which is reported lost or stolen. Further you need to make some small formalities which will again entitle you have another card to again access to the Heathrow Airport. Under the formalities, you must complete Form 6 to begin the process of issuing another pass.

Service Hours

You can visit the centres from 08:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). If you wish to report regarding your stolen ID pass other than office hours, kindly make a call to 020 8745 7756.

Temporary visitors ID pass issuing stations

You can get your temporary passes from the following locations:

Terminal 3: At Manpower Office which is opened Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 12:30 and 14:30 – 16:00 (only weekdays or except public holidays).You may contact: - 020 8745 0950.

Terminal 4: At the Control Centre opened from 07:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday. Passes are also issued except these hours as well. For this, applicants should fix an appointment for it. You may also call 0208 745 4545.

Terminal 5: At Temporary Pass Office which is opened from 08:00 to 16:00 (closed from 12:00 to 13:00) Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. You will need an appointment after 15:00. You may also call-020 8757 2039.
