Ascot Racecourse which was founded in 1711 and is one of the world’s most famous racecourses. Ascot conducts around 25 days of racing throughout the whole year and around 16 flat meetings during the month of May and October. There are around 9 national hunt meetings also conducted between November and April.

The most famous among them all is June royal meeting where the top class racing is combined with tradition, great style and pageantry. This race course welcomes around 5, 00,000 racers through the gates every year and continue to make thrilled racing action.

London Eton CollegeEton College

This college was found in 1440 by King Henry VI. This college originally had 70 King’s Scholars who used to live in the college and were given education without any charges and there were a small number of Oppidans who used to live in Eton and used to pay for their education.

Today, it has become a secondary school for around 1290 boys with age range of 13 to 18. All the students are admitted here after clearing a competitive examination. This has become one of the most exclusive schools in the entire world.

The Guards Polo ClubThe Guards Polo club

This polo club was founded in 1955 and is now the largest polo club with respect to membership and number of grounds. Best part about this club is that there are around 1000 non playing members and 160 playing members among whom are the world’s highest rated players. On weekends only, Polo matches are played throughout the summer at Smith’s Lawn in Windsor Great Park. The Cartier International match which is played at the end of month of July is the main highlight of the season.

London Windsor CastleWindsor Castle

This is an official residence of The Queen and world’s largest occupied castle. State apartments, extensive suites of rooms at the heart of working palace are allowed to be visited by the visitors. Some other attractions are also there within the castle complex which includes Drawings Gallery, Queen Mary’s Doll house and St. George Chapel.
